This free and open source Web browser adds nothing new or improved to the field. The Phoenix Web Browser’s plain pull-down menus and simple buttons are similar to those found in more popular browsers. There is no Help function, but only the most inexperienced users would require one.
This programme provides browser standards, such as the ability to enter a URL, click links, and save favourites. It includes the majority of the features found in the default installations of Firefox and Internet Explorer.
This implementation does include a menu for opening and reading mail from specific e-mail programmes. There are also some rarely used functions such as printing and capturing the desktop.
People can’t say this programme is more efficient because it uses the same amount of memory as Firefox.
There’s no reason to use this app over any of the other free, but far more capable, Web browsers.
