Solution Tutorial:

First run the xampp program.

Click the Config button In front of ApacheClick Apache (httpd.conf) in the box that opensClick, a window will open for you.Now look for the following phrase in this window:

Listen

Note: In front of the above phrase, there is a number. By default, this number is 80. If the number is different, do not worry!
Now add the following phrase instead of the above phrase and the number opposite it:

Listen 2080

Save the file.
Click Config again and open Apache (httpd-ssl.conf) and look for the following phrase again.

Listen

This time, in front of the above phrase, there will be a number, which is 443 by default. Again, if the number was different, do not worry 🙂 ‌ and keep your cool :).
Now replace the above phrase with the number above. As follows:

Listen 2443

Save the file.
Restart Apache.
You can see that it started without an Apache error.
Just as easily as delicious.
